These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the xc99 website, mobile interface, and any related services operated under the xc99 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with xc99. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, promotions, or competitions made available on the Platform.

xc99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the Platform. To register an account with xc99 and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xc99 strictly enforces an 18+ only policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable underage gambling prevention standards.
• You must be a human individual acting in your personal capacity. Registrations made by automated bots, scripts, or on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether initiated by you on xc99 or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on xc99. Where duplicates are found, all accounts involved will be suspended or permanently closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

Verification may involve requesting copies of government-issued identification (such as your National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By completing the registration process, you confirm, warrant, and represent that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current. You further confirm that you are registering solely for your own personal use and entertainment, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

As a registered xc99 account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations throughout your use of the Platform:

• Protect your login credentials. Your username and password are personal and confidential. Do not share them with any third party. xc99 will never contact you to request your password. You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
• Use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation of xc99, including operating as an agent or reseller of xc99 services, is prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of xc99 complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. xc99 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular location.
• Report technical errors. If you discover a fault, error, or malfunction in any game or feature, you must report it to xc99 support immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Conduct yourself respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at xc99 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

xc99 retains the right to carry out security checks on your account at any time, including review of betting patterns, device fingerprinting, and IP address analysis, for the purposes of fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Such checks are a standard part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and fair platform for all users.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests for bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method used for the corresponding funds, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Deposits made without activating a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
• xc99 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, consistent with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

All funds deposited into your xc99 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. xc99 does not pay interest on account balances. In the event of account closure, remaining non-bonus funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

xc99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description at the time of offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all xc99 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution table for each promotion will be displayed in that promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the stated period.

This includes but is not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting strategies designed to extract bonus value rather than play for entertainment.

xc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, xc99 will honour any bonus funds already credited to active accounts under that promotion, subject to the wagering requirements already in place.

All bets placed on xc99 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) — are subject to the following general rules as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Sports betting — event cancellations: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required playing time has elapsed (as specified in the sport-specific rules), affected bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for cricket matches, football fixtures, and other sports are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• Live in-play betting: Odds and markets for live in-play events change rapidly. xc99 will endeavour to update odds in real time, but there may be a brief delay between real-world events and odds updates on the Platform. Bets accepted during any such delay will stand at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance unless a clear pricing error is identified.
• Prohibited strategies: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through such means will be voided and the account closed permanently.

xc99 reserves the right to declare any bet void if it is determined to have been placed on the basis of insider information, in collusion with other parties, or in connection with any form of match-fixing or event manipulation. Winnings derived from any such bet will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the relevant sporting authority or law enforcement agency.

xc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of all players. xc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where, in xc99's reasonable determination, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be, or is reasonably suspected to be, under the age of 18.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account holder has opened or is operating multiple accounts in breach of the single-account rule.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, charge-backs, or the exploitation of technical errors, is detected.
• Prohibited betting strategies, automated software, or collusive play has been identified.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require xc99 to suspend or close the account.
• The account has been identified as being operated by someone subject to a self-exclusion agreement on xc99 or any linked platform.

In the event of account closure for any reason other than fraud or breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding identity verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms, xc99 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance, including any deposited funds, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where required by law, xc99 may report the matter and relevant account information to appropriate authorities.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Please note that closing your account does not cancel any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and xc99 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
